I have caught bass upward of 7lbs on a good day, the lake was shocked by the missouri department of conservation in 2003and there were two bass larger than the current missouri state record of 13lb14oz, thats why I fish this lake so much. They were setting near the creek channel in grass. I was bank fishing and had to throw out near the channel to get bit. I stood in one spot and caught 9. This is a common pattern for this lake when it gets cold. Will be back tomarrow..11-20-04
