To Determine which software your cable box is running, look at the A-B-C button labels at the bottom of the IPG (Interactive Program Guide):

• The 'password' is a per entry lock so that only you(or I) can modify the entry.
  
• Please include as much information about your drive/setup as possible.
  
• If you don't know how to find your software version, see this thread:

• To completely test your setup, please record two HD streams and play one of the two back delayed. A working setup should glitch no more often than the same test with your internal drive.
  
• If the above test produces more glitches than the internal drive, please mark your entry as *PASS=NO*
  
• If after using your drive for a few months, you begin to see issues, please try to remember to come back and change/update your PASS/FAIL status, Failure Mode(Long Term) and comment.
