Problems with newly created page (displaying error message on page)

This is the address for the which displays an error message directly under the title--don't know how to delete it:

One more question: Why does another website address I included in the page not show up in blue, as a link?

I even tried enclosing it in HTML code [URL][/URL] as follows:

[URL]http://firms.findlaw.com/legalnurseadvice[/URL]

This made it worse, actually--all it did was include the [URL][/URL] in the address, displayed in black, not blue, as links generally are.

I am grateful for any suggestion.
