Later purchased by South Ayrshire Council and used at my secondary school in the Business Studies department as a classroom machine until 2002. Gifted to me by the school during the disposal of the redundant classroom computer equipment. This was my first Macintosh and the machine that inspired my interest in Macs. It originally came with a Rodime Systems 20 Plus external hard drive but the hard drive died about a year after I got it. I replaced the drive with a 250MB one installed in the Rodime case and it is still in use today. The keyboard and mouse were not the originals that came with the machine - they were the only ones I could find at the school! They are platinum coloured but the machine itself is the older beige. Runs System 6.0.8 and 7.1, and has a large variety of applications and games installed.
