I've got old back issues from 1987 (84), 1986 (81, 80) page size 8½x11, sheet fed offset;
1985 and 1983 issues, 22-36 pages, size 6x9...
In 1985 the Kelly family published also the Mail Carrier, 14 pages, 8½x11. On the front page Dolores Kelly is reading my Signal, the 25th anniversary issue, multicolor tabloid, 40 pages...
Possibly reading of that issue gave her and her husband the idea of going into multicolor web offset printing ??? Who knows ?
