Title:Grand Earl
Name:Moore, Early
Age:55
Status:Lesser Noble
Country:Nelya
True Form:Kodiak Bear
True Form Details:Species typical.
Familiar:Karelian Bear Dog
Familiar Details:Early's familiar is a male Karelian Bear Dog named "Grunt".
Magician?:unknown
Magic / NMU Details:Up to adopter! NMUs seem to be somewhat prevalent in the Moore family, so that seems a bit more likely, but really I'm up to either.
Appearance:Early is a big man! Standing a little over 6'4" with massive hands and feet, he weighs at least 300lbs. Early's manner of dress makes him appear just a tad pudgy, but in reality the man is probably in better shape than the majority of his sons, and is thick-built throughout his core. He has light olive skin, bright green eyes, and extremely dark hair going white at the temples; he also has white spots in his meticulously maintained beard, the most obvious being at the corners of his lips. He is a rather handsome man, in a "lumberjack" sort of way (he finds this comparison QUITE amusing).
Personality:Early is a jovial man who is pretty much the epitome of a gentle giant, which makes his chosen profession a bit surprising; though he's since retired, he was once a prominent individual in the Nelyan Military. He is particularly adept with hand-to-hand combat and is well-versed in a number of martial arts disciplines; he continues to train to this day, and can often be found meditating under waterfalls in the area.

He is friendly, compassionate, kind, and generous with both his time and money. He has a fatherly concern for the people in Sandpiper, the town the Moores oversee, and particularly enjoys hanging out with the children in town; he frequently brings baskets of goodies with him, and pockets stuffed with candies, and is always the first person to visit after the birth of a new babe in Sandpiper.

He adores his family, even when his sons drive him crazy, and cherishes his granddaughter Perry; he grieved for the loss of Josiah/Sia and his wife, Jezika, for many years, and even today can be moved to tears when visiting their graves.

Relationships:Early was married to Jezika for several blissful years. The two were madly in love, and both partners were extremely faithful to one another. She was taken from them too soon by a strange illness (likely a type of influenza).

Early and Jezika bore seven sons: Earl Jakken ("Jake"), who inherited the title from him five years ago; Lord Josiah (deceased); Lord Joseppi ("Josie"); Lords Jude & Judan (twins); Lord Jacque; and Lord Jakome ("Jaco").

Josiah had the Gender Shift "gift" and was going by "Sia" at the time of her death; she bore one child, Lady Heir Persephone Catherine Moore, with her husband, a commoner named Gregoree Fencer. Perry, as the girl is now known, resides on the Moore estates with her six uncles and Early.

Early is called "Opi" by all six of his sons and his granddaughter, as well as by a few of the younger commoner children in Sandpiper (they often outgrow this and call him more respectfully as they grow up, much to his disappointment).
Career:Retired military. He now spends his free-time gardening (badly), and training his mind and body.
Other Info:Though Early has thus far been devoted to his wife's memory, I would be interested to see him remarry at some point. He would likely go for an age-appropriate woman, though a remarkable younger woman might suit his tastes too; it would be important to him to find someone that fits in with his family and will support and love them as much as he does.
Adoptable?:Yes
Adoption Notes:The Moore family is quite large and prosperous, with the NPCs in the Database being from the current ruling branch. I would be completely open to someone joining another member of the Moore family (like a cousin), particularly if that person also inherited the family "gift".
