| Interview Information / Experience: | Interview was conducted by the program director and/or another attending. Interview process is very unorganized. Program director didn't give an introduction to the program. Morning report and noon conference were canceled due to interview. No information of any kind in paper was given to the applicant. Although the staff and residents seemed to be very nice and the work environment seemed to be very chill and lay back, the lack of organization and attention given to the applicants said something about this program. Interviews with the program director was very relaxed and easy. No medical knowledge or intimidating questions. This is the place for someone who wants a very relaxed environment and without much expectation. |
