Outside a nursing home a brother, John, and sister, Karen, and their elderly grand mother Steel. Grand Mother Steel is tied in a wheel chair. She is in the last stages of alzheimers. Interaction between the grown siblings reveal deep scars and fears when the John asks Karen to check on their grand mother while he is away. The young adults deal with their missing mother and unknown father in different ways as John shares his plans to visit the memorial to be give in California for the victims of the Jonestown Massacre. They were survivors of the hideous mass murder/suicide event. Grand Mother Steel myseriously comes to life reporting the events in a frozen scene which pulls the underlying terrorors of the siblings together and creating understanding between them and the audience.
