Synopsis:Judith, a secular Jewish, 55 year old London journalist, goes to the Brooklyn Bridge to research a story but her deeper motive is to jump off the Bridge. In Manhattan she meets her 110 year old great aunt who reveals a family history that is disturbing. On the Bridge, Gloria, a homicide NYPD cop, of Puerto Rican heritage, tries to stop Judith jumping. The conflict between Jewish nihilism and Catholic faith play some part in the relationship between the two women. Will Judith kill herself or will Gloria stop her?

The drama deals with transgenerational trauma.
