Someone is going around killing little old ladies and strangling them with their own pantyhose. A parrot feather is found at the scene of the crime. Big Jim is domineering and chauvinistic, and out of a strong need for someone to talk to, Nancy downloads Moke (a voice recognition module) parrot from her computer. It's not long before the parrot gets off the computer and comes into her living room. No one can see him but Nancy. She has conversations with him and they form a bond. Big Jim is convinced that his wife is trying to drive him crazy. Moke decides to help her get her “sorry life in order” and he hatches a plan. There is a $30,000 reward offered for the apprehension of the person or persons responsible for the “Support Hose Strangling” and Moke has an idea on how he can collect the reward.
