Corruption in Russia is something very peculiar. As against other countries, it’s not some obscure society segment, carefully hidden from the public and only exposed by mass-media from time to time. On the contrary, its functioning is well-known and shamelessly taken for granted. It infiltrates all social spheres and in-terconnects everybody, from an insignificant clerk to a highest authority, thus making it united and un-conquerable. Only by some odd chance, within certain time and space limits, can corruptioneers be de-feated. In this play such chance was provided by an evil joke of Dr. Shiromordov who suddenly died after leaving three identical wills for three different persons with reference to the property that the cor-ruptioneers recorded on his name.
