In the aftermath of that event, rivalries, competition for funding and resources, discrimination, and spiritual identities all come to a head among the employees in a single NAS lab. INTELLIGENT DESIGN is a play about science, God, and basic human nature, and explores the creationism vs. evolution debate in a manner quite different from what is currently playing out in the state of Kansas and elsewhere on the national stage.
