In this short, one-woman play, Stacy Lee Madison is an artist who creates a a work of art onstage while recounting the tragedies, triumphs and disappointment of her life. She feels her life is falling over "like a pile". AND THEN I WENT INSIDE is a lyrical, many-layered portrait. The ending will shock you. Leading American actress Kathleen Chalfant (WIT, ANGELS IN AMERICA, DEAD MAN'S CELL PHONE) will premiere the role on November 9, 2009 at the Cherry Lane Theatre in New York City.
