Play Title:I Dwell in Possibility
Runtime:31-60 minutes
Synopsis:This one-act musical play tells the story of how Mabel Loomis Todd developed an interest in the unrecognized poetry of Emily Dickinson and brought it to the world. Both Mabel and Emily appear in this two-character play, the latter to communicate her life's story through narrative, poetry and song as she is accompanied by Mabel, who was in real life, an accomplished pianist. Throughout we are made to understand the ties, both emotional and spiritual, that developed between the two women who, although they were neighbors, never met fact to face.
