Summary: | Maddie has graduated high school. Now what? Her friends have taken trips before. Maddie has always been on the farm. Always. Her Aunt Sid invites her to come join her on a research project in Ireland along with the son of an old friend. During her trip in Ireland Maddie and Ryan have some pretty exciting adventures and along the way learn a little about convictions and making their faith their own. Maddie especially has to question herself as her reasons for right and wrong aren't good enough anymore. She needs to find out why she holds to standards and if it's right or wrong to expect everyone else to do the same as her. A fun twist comes as Maddie and Ryan find themselves with an opportunity to meddle in romance. |
Extra Notes: | Maddie is a very realistic character. There comes a time in life for all of us when we have to figure out what we're going to do with our life and what standards and convictions we are going to claim as our own. It's easy to just adopt those of your parents, but when challenge comes, believing because someone else believed isn't enough. |
