According to Howard K Stern, he slept in bed with ANS. When he woke up some time around 9-10:00 am, she was awake. Did not complain of pain but felt very weak and asked HKS to help her to the bathroom and back to bed. HKS took a shower and left to attend to the purchase of a boat. HKS stated that he did not give Anna any medicication and did not see Anna taking any medication. | |

The photographer said the police have already been in touch with him as they gathered evidence and information for their investigation.
"Without going into specifics the police have already asked me for a statement in the past," he said. "Whether or not they feel like any of that information in that statement was something that could add to that inquest -- I think that's what they're basing their decision on whether or not they call me."
