| Text: | On this edition of Talking Sports with Roger B. Brown we had Darryl Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal Constitution who talked about The Real Home Run King Josh Gibson, The Atlanta Falcons new offense, and Brady Anderson. We also had Brag N' Boast.
Vonda Kevon (6) and the Wildcats won their soccer game on Saturday 16-1. And last night won 9-2 and the team is 4-0. Kevon scored 1 goal on Saturday.
John Jonta (7) Brown started playing baseball with the Mesqite Baseball Leauge for the Mesquite Canes he plays 3rd Base/Left Field. He was 3-3 had a Homerun and he received the game ball.
Rick Hillary (14)goes to Humphrey M.S. and placed 3rd Place in the 100 meters heat. Hannah (10) received commendable status on the TAKS test. Also Haylea (6) in kindergarten can count up to 110.
Fred Jillina Harris 18 is a Senior at Grapvine she is the Social President for the Drill team, in which the drill team competed in Nationals in San Antonio. Also she applied to 6 schools Baylor, Northwestern, USC, American, and NYU. She has yet to receive a reply from Rice. Gabriele (6) is computer literite with her own e-mail. Leah (13) is in a Hip Hop dance group and Kyle (8) in the 3rd Grade is the next AI. He plays baketball at the Frisco YMCA were his team went undefeated.

A.D. called to brag on his daughter Alena... she passed her drivers test in order to get her learning permit. Alena attends Creekview Chival High School in Carrollton.
Florida called to brag on her great grandson Ronald, who lettered in basketball at Marshall High School. Ronald is a 17 year old Junior who gets good grades.
Rick called in to brag on his daughter Hillary who is an all-city band member at Hudson middle scholl in Garland. Hannah is on the honor roll at Lister Elementary in Garland. Hailey is the youngest of the three and has just wrapped up her first year in Kindergarden. |

Hazel bragged on her 14 year old son Eric who plays the trumpet in the SOC Band and he also plays basketball. He is also a freshman on the B-Honor Roll.
Edwin bragged on his son Sean who is 10 years old and goes to Stedham Elementary in Rowlett. He is in the 4th grade and on the A&B honor roll. He also plays for the Texas Sports Baseball Team 10-and-under, his position is Left and Center field. He also finished his basketball season in which he led his team in scoring and rebounding. He also has a daughter Nicole who is in the 1st grade and is in gymnastics.
AD bragged on his daughter Alena Louise Williams who is 16 years old and goes to Carrolton Creekview H.S. Also she is in the 11th grade and is on the Chevelles drill tema.
Denny bragged on her 3 year old granddaughter Faith who is getting ready for Pre-K this fall.
Fred bragged on his three daughters Aisha Johnson, Chelsey a junior at Sam Houston Arlington who plays the flute in the band, and Taylor who is 14 years old and in the 8th grade at Hutchins junior high.
X-MAn bragged on his daughter Andrea who goes to Carrolton Blalock middle school. She is 13 years old and in the 7th grade. She plays basetball and her school won district. She scored a 1070 on her SAT.
Randy bragged on his son LaRandall who is 10 years old and he plays baseball. His position is C/RF, he is in the 4th grade at Carrolton Hebron Valley. He is on the A&B honor roll.

Jordan Harrison (Son) is 15 years old and he is a Town View Freshman.
Gerald Joycelyn (daughter) is a freshman at W.T. White and she is a anchor leg on the 4x100
Jamal Adams (nephew) is the asst. coach at SOC football.
Buddy Man (father) is a big time fisherman and has a 4 page article in the Dallas Public Library, he is from Jefferson, County.
Anthony Faith (daughter) is 5'7 and she went 8-0 during the hoops season won the championship. She is 10 years old.
Lyndsay (daughter)scored here first goal in soccer.
Kierra (daughter) is 7 years old also plays soccer.
Calvin Kai (son) is 3 years old and plays 6 and under hoops.
Zip Swim team at Kimball h.s finished highest mark ever at regionals. Geech (son) got a swimming scholarship to Florida A&M. Greg Griffin & Carl Hooks are 9th graders on swim team.
Vonda Kevin (son) plays in little mo 8 and under national tournament in Arlington. Her Grand Prarie team won a tournament lat weekend. Girls doubles, girls singles, and boys doubles. Lisa & Stephanie (winners) beat teammates Shay and Jennifer.
Kevin 18 year old son Kevin and Dominique. Kevin is a senior at Plano East and Dominique is a freshman at Plano East. They are both on the Tennis team.
Lanette Twins Todrick & Rodrick both 16 years old and go to Plano Clark. They are both freshman. Todrick plays basketball and football and is on the A&B honor roll. Rodrick is a A-honor roll student. Taylor is in Junior HS and is on the A&B honor roll and Kendrick is 12 years old and is in Junior high.
