3.02Decency Clarification For women, exposing yourself is acceptable, encouraged, and a sure way to garner respect among fellow athletes. 
4.0RealignmentEach team is allowed to force an opponent to realign their cups twice per game. Available upon request only. Recommended at 6 & 3 cups left. 
5.0Shot TypesEither bouncing or throwing a ball is allowed. A ball may only bounce once before entering a cup.  
6.0GoaltendingGoaltending of any type is strictly prohibited. Blowing, swatting, or moving a cup will result in a penalty (see penalty)Poland
7.0Ghost ruleIf a cup moves without any influence from a defending player, the cup is not moved back into its original position. A ball hitting a cup resulting in its movement is acceptable and the cup is not to be moved. Ghost of Beer Pong Past
8.0AccidentsAccidentally spilled cups are considered out! 
8.01"Accidents"If an offensive shot purposefully spills cup, the offending team is penalized and the defending team may replace the cup with beer at their discretion.  
8.02Accidents after the tournamentAccidents after the tournament like urinating while sleeping, or throwing up on a team member on the way home are permitted...although frowned upon.America
8.03Accidents on the playing fieldThrowing up on the field is strictly prohibited and result in a forfeiture of the match. We are athletes here!

11.0House RuleFor the purpose of the game, the house rule is the ability to modify, ignore, create or enforce all rules. 
11.01House RulingsSince the commisioner cannot attend all matches, the house rule is determined by the commisioner, and the commisioner's appointees including referees. 
11.02House PartyIf a call is questioned, appointees, witnesses and the commisioner is consulted for a final ruling. 
12.0PenaltiesTeams found to be in violation of the rules are issued a warning RED card. If another infraction occurs during the same match, then a one cup penalty is assessed. The defending team must drink a cup of beer.  
12.01Flagrant FoulIf a team is found to have commited a rule infraction with blatant diregard, a one cup penalty may be assessed without a RED card. Examples include but are not limited to drinking out of a shoe, fighting, or making out with someone's girlfriend. 
12.02Red Card Party FoulTeams receiving a red card are not permitted to place their mascot on the field for the next match.
