Terms and Conditions:	Terms and conditions for tutors Tutors please read and agree before registering as a tutor. 1. You reside in singapore and are at least 18 years of age. 2. Consent to be contacted by variety of communication means like phone, email, sms, etc. 3. In event that you do not wish to continue to be contacted, you are to inform us. 4. All of your information submitted will be disclosed to third parties for tuition purposes only, we will not sell or disclose your information for other purposes. 5. You and not Well Tuition will be responsible for all information submitted by you. 6. We will collect 50% of 1 month tuition fee after the 2nd week, and tutor will collect the remainder 50% after the 4th week. Thereafter all fees belongs to tutor. 7. Well Tuition will collect 50% of agreed 1 month tuition fee, even though in the first month there may be be very little tuition due to illness, postponement or holidays. e.g. tuition is twice a week 2 hours, at the 2nd lesson client is only able to attend 1 hour tuition because of not feeling well, subsequent 3 weeks client goes on holiday, the tuition is continued the following month. In this case well tuition will still collect 4x2=8 hours tuition fee despite only 3 hours tuition conducted in the 1st month. 8. There will be special conditions where we will collect a percentage of monthly tuition fee. 9. All agency fees will be collected by us unless we notify you otherwise. 10. For music assignments we will collect 50% of 1st month tuition fee after 1st lesson. 11. Clients are allowed to terminate at any time, even before tuition starts. 12. We do not give free trials for tuition, even if client stops tuition after 1st lesson, they are suppose to pay for the lesson. 13. In event if tuition is terminated before the 1st month ended, we will refund tutor so that tutor is assured of getting 50% of what is being taught. E.g tuition at 2 lessons a week, after 2nd week well tuition will collect 4 lessons from client , then client terminates after the third week and pays 2 lesson to tutor. Well tuition will refund tutor 1 lesson so that tutor gets 50% of 6 lesson given. In event client terminates before 2nd week, like after 1 lesson,we will collect 1 lesson from client and pay tutor half a lesson. 14. We allow clients and tutor to contact each other directly, in event of closed assignment resulting from the contact, we will still collect our 50% agency fee, despite negotiations is mainly done by tutor. If tutor wishes to contest this, case will be submitted to court, and tutor may bear extra cost. 15. If required you are to provide relevant certificates for verification to clients or Well Tuition. 16. We will notify you clients address and contact upon successful placement of assignment, and you are required to contact client before tuition starts to reconfirm starting date and time. 17. If for any reason you are not able to start tuition after agreeing to do so, you are to inform us 3 days in advance. 18. You agree to fill in information as accurately as possible, and not attempt to mislead. Any blatant misrepresentation like saying you are a school teacher when you are not maybe handled over to the authorities. 19. Terms and conditions are subjected to change without notice.
