• All horses in ES must be registered with the Main Registry.
• Breeders MUST register all bred foals. If you have sold a foal prior to registration, fill out a transfer form as well.
• If you make a mistake during registration, contact ES. DO NOT re-register the horse(s) you mess up on. We can edit the DataBase to fix those mistakes.
• Fill out ALL fields that apply. Sire and Dam needs to be left blank if the horse was created, but is required if the horse was bred.
• Creator/Breeder is the name of the person who created/bred the horse in question. This helps us keep track of peoples creation credits and the amount of horses they are breeding. This should be the same person who is registering the horse.
• As records are a bit of a mess at this time, if you notice any mistakes in the MR, contact ES. If you know you bred/created a horse and there's nothing listed or the wrong person is listed, let us know. Some of this information has been forgotten or is incorrect in members records and getting this straightened out will be greatly appreciated.
