Not able to login !!

Hi,

I have created a baseportal id. I wasn't using it for some time and then I can't login when i try to login.
Then I created another id and was using it. I wasnt using it for some time and the similar problem - not able to login !!!

I believe the password i'm providing is correct. Are the accounts deactivated for not using ?
Please let me know. And if you people could, please reset my passwords for the accounts:
1. sasikiranu
2. u.sasikiran
and send the passwords to my mail id provided above.
