Updated 12/06/10: I just discovered that with the new Rovi Passport IPG, in PHX AZ, the 8240HDC will no longer format a "New" External HDD. The one that was previously formatted while running SARA still works. The 8300HD still will format a New Ext HDD. Cox Arizona acknowledges the problem and states they are working with Rovi Corp to try and resolve the issue. The same issue was reported by a customer with Blue Ridge Communications using Passport Echo Vers. 3.1.086 and PowerTV Vers. 6.20.75.103sp

* Version: Passport Echo 3.1.085 - Sep 13 2010
* OS Version: PowerTV 6.20.75.103sp - Jun 2 2010
