Chan Canter
Association Director
Chan Canter has been a part of SEBRA since 1998 and has been involved with professional rodeo for years in various positions. She has experience in obtaining and working with corporate sponsors. Chan played a major role in securing the $25,000 finals with Kenny Thomas and the Tomberlin Outdoors Group. "SEBRA has potential to be a world class organization, by getting the right sponsors we can improve our finals and offer more to our cowboys. By providing professional events SEBRA will in turn benefit our sponsors."

Tom Smith
Association Director
Tom Smith makes his living as an engineering manager on large construction projects. He rode a few bulls in high school but competed in the bareback riding off and on for twenty years. "Working with SEBRA allows me to continue to be a part of rodeo." He is a member of the Cowboy Heritage Artists & Photographers Society and enjoys painting and leather work. Tom writes articles for several western publications including Humps & Horns and Pro Rodeo World Magazine.
“My plan is to help SEBRA grow by getting exposure for the association, the cowboys and the stock contractors. I want to see our cowboys move up the ranks into the PBR and other professional associations. Everyone will benefit from helping each other.”

Bobby Parker
Judging Director
Bobby Parker has over twenty years in bull riding and juding events. He holds active judging cards in the PBR, ABBI and several other associations. His business experience in the private sector, his reputation for fairness and ethics, and his sincere desire to improve the sport of bull riding as a whole played a role in his selection.

Jeff Mullen
Producer Director
Jeff Mullen produces a weekly bulls and barrels series in Raleigh, North Carolina. He also assists SEBRA with several events throughout the year. Jeff and his wife Linda strive for quality in producing their events.

Garry Merritt
Advisory Board
Garry Merritt is a commercial and residential developer. A horseman with over 27 years experience as a non-pro cutter. He served on the Executive board of the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) for several years. He has also held board positions in several other organizations including; the North Carolina High School Rodeo Association (NCHSRA), North Carolina State University Veterinary School, North Carolina Housing Foundation, King, North Carolina YMCA, and the King, North Carolina Chamber of Commerce. Working with these associations and businesses has allowed him to gain skills in management and leadership. Garry knows that the future of rodeo is in the young people. He has played a major role in developing several top bull riders offering assistance and advice. SEBRA is proud to have Garry on the SEBRA Board of Advisors.

Scott Morton
Stock Contractor Director
Scott Morton and his wife Sissy produce Longbranch Rodeo events and haul bulls to several SEBRA events. Scott is known for his honesty and character.

Keith Hanood
Bull Fighter Director
Keith was the 2001 NFR Bucking Stock Sale Freestyle Champion. Keith is one of the most sought after bull fighters in the business. Endorsed by Wrangler he assists producers with promoting events.

Ryan Radford
Contestant Director
Ryan Radford is a veteran bull rider he has held cards in SEBRA the IPRA, SRA and PBR associations. He is known for his leadership and integrity.

Scott Hilgendorff
SEBRA Chaplain
Scott Hilgendorff left a 14 year career in journalism and sales to devote his life to ministry. He believes in serving God with the skills and gifts that He provides for us. While Scott does not claim to be a cowboy, he has worked for 10 years as a rodeo photographer and in rodeo promotions/marketing. He feels his true calling in the rodeo ministry. You can ask him about his "brief" career as a saddle bronc rider.
