| n 1998 Jerry won the World Bullfighting Championship and the title World Champion. At that time the event was sponsored by Wrangler in conjunction with the PRCA. Jerry proved he didn't win the title on a fluke and he definitely still had the touch when on March 27, 2004, in Fresno, California, he became the first man to qualify for the new World Bullfighting Championship (WBC) formed in conjunction with the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) and the American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI). |
