Yes, we will allow the submission of special occasions to the Event Listings Directory.  Although there are a few stipulations in listing a special occasion event.  Only submit the event if it is an open invitation event meaning that everyone is welcomed.  The event must be of interest to the pulling community.  This does not mean it has to be of interest to the entire pulling community, but at least say 30 or more would be sufficient.  And, last but not least it must be a special occasion event honoring a birthday, wedding, anniversary, retirement, or at least a party honoring something good.  To list a special occasion event select other under event type, and in the additional information text box list what type of event it is.

We feel that the listing of special occasion events is and would be beneficial to the pulling community.  We will continue to provide this service as long as it does not create any problems with the overall operations of the Event Listings Directory in general.  If a problem should arise we will develop a special directory to handle the listing of special occasion events.
